I recently bought some from the health food shop and i wanted to know if there safe and what are the benits also thanks.
Hemp hearts have a lot of benefits, they are totaly safe, and there is no THC in them.

I would like a recipe that incorporates hemp hearts, chia GEL and flax (in any form) and uses no wheat/white flour. Any other seeds, sprouts, etc are acceptable. I want a really great multi grain type of bread.

I was wondering if hemp protein has THC (tetrahydrocannabinol- the drug found in marijuana) or any other drug component? I want an alternative to whey protein but I don't want to run the risk of getting high or having a drug interaction!
It should say it on the bottle.

I saw on a website that you can't buy hemp milk because it has become illegal in Australia now.
Why did they decided to make it illegal. Everything I see on the web suggests that it's really healthy.
