For a project poster. I need some examples of plants that are used in everyday life (e.g cotton wool) but not for food.
Any suggestions? So far I have cotton, flax, hemp, miscanthus and cereal straw.

i use 2 tablespoons of this hemp seed protein powder H42 and an 1/8 of a cup of frozen blueberries, i use 1 whole banana and either hemp milk or almond milk(12oz) and i blend them together.
is this a good recovery shake after a vigorous workout.

What are the benefits to these seeds? Are they good to snack on ?
No they are not high in fat. However they probably will make you eat high fat foods. lol
Oh they can make you sterile but it is only temporary as long as you continue to eat ...
