Yes indeed you can mane a ton of money out of legal Hemp. Wait a second, you DO make a ton of money having hemp illegal, infact you make tons and tons and tons of money having it illegal. Now who gets that money. Ok, most of it goes to the traffickers, most but not all. So you have Police officers, customs officers, politicians, government officials etc etc that make a hell of a living out of bribes. You legalize it and you loose it all of it.
