can hemp seeds cause high prolactin levels?

I bought some at a local health food store. I’ve been putting it in my salad as the container recommneds. Well, I’ve been eating it every day for a month and my breasts are lactating. I am producing breast milk. I am terrified. Is it possible that hemp seeds changed my prolactin level causing me to produce breast milk? Serious answers only. This is not a joke.
I tried eating it for the nutritional value . The protien is high. I eat very little meat.

You bought hemp seeds in a store? Are you sure? They are probably fake… but then again, there are a ton of loop holes…
