My friend has recommended hemp hearts as a supplement for health purposes. I have recently heard that there are some very negative side effects. I would like to hear about those side effects. Have you tried, or know anyone who has tried this product and have you had either good or bad results?

I’ve also been eating these seeds there are know known side affects to eating seeds they are full of amino acids and esentrial fatty acids to help the body supple and joints in order also fabulous for the skin

Continue to eat these there are no known side affects.

I don’t quite know if this answers your question but I have been eating hemp granola for a long time. It is sold at our local bulk barn. I have not problem with it and I love it for breakfast.

This man says that The Hemp Seed is natures most perfectly balanced oilseed. 33% protein, with a 3:1 ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 EFA’s.

The only side effects I can see, are a healthy body and a heathy mind.
