how do you think i ate today?
May 14th, 2010 | by admin |i’m recovering from anorexia and trying to be healthy… am i on track?
breakfast: 2 tbls hemp hearts, 1 homemade smoothie (strawberries, banana, yogurt, pineapple), 1 (very) small piece whole wheat toast.
lunch: 6 inch subway veggie delight on whole wheat bread. (fat free sauce)
snack: all-fruit, dairy-free rasperry, orange and banana smoothie
dinner: homemade macaroni and cheese (about 1 cup), green beans
desert: 1 medium-sized homemade brownie, 1/2 cup ice milk (not ice cream), pears, orange
I think you did great. BUt why are you still doing "Fat free" and dairy free if your recovering? Get some meat on those bones and juice it up with Real sauce and Real Ice Cream! Anyways, im recovering too.

I think you did very well, except for the subway sandwich. All fast food places put chemicals in their food to make you addicted to them and also to preserve…the same stuff they probably use for dead people. It is good to eat little meals through out the day, because it keeps your metabolism healthy, to burn off calories, if you get big meals less frequently, your body stores the calories that was supposed to be used to give energy, and stores it as fat!!!Also only eat organic foods. you can know if it is USDA approved. But you did very,very well.

Yeah, use real milk! But the rest is really great and healthy! Better than I am eating! Atleast your not counting the calories!
