I have a prop 215 medical marijuana prescription, Can I use my stocks to make hemp products and sell them?

I’m in a co-op grow with 257 other growers, There are over 5,000 plants on our farm. I would like to know if it is legal to make and sell hemp products made from our left over stocks?

No you will go to jail

    This is only answered by the state of California, the Federal Govt won’t let this fly. It’s been tried before and try the state.

    54 yrs and got this started back before I left the state, not happy with the miss use of money;ie schools and other public areas.

    i think that is a great idea…
    I had some hemp lotion that was great- but very expensive, but it was the best lotion I have
    found… and then hemp necklaces are always a hit to buy along the beaches and such…
    i say go for it, ask forgiveness, not permission, it makes for a greener planet to recycle
    rather than just throw out,

    worst case perhaps make mulch, or compost… or maybe some animals will enjoy it as feed
    good luck = like hay for horses or cows or something
