Vegan trying to build muscle?
April 23rd, 2010 | by admin |My trainer recommended for me to start using BCAA along with adding buckwheat or pea protein powder to my diet. I had been planning on using hemp protein powder but now I’m not so sure.
I’m wondering if anyone has used pea or buckwheat protein and what your results were. If anyone can suggest a good brand? I’m having a hard time finding buckwheat powder. Also if you are familar with a vegan brand of BCAA I’d love to know too. Is Xtend vegan? That’s the one I’m probably going to get if it is.
I’m asking specifically about what I mentioned, my diet is already rich in protein.
Two out of three of those answers were quite shall I say… School-ish.
She told me to, and beans the musical fruit… Oye Va!
Why don’t people ever think hmm… I’m going to take food supplements of ___
but maybe I could?… Take the real thing.
So e.g "Cod liver Oil" (Omega 3,6,9) – oily fish such as: mackerel or tuna. Buckwheat protein eat Whole Buckwheat cooked brings out the nutrients
(I don’t mean to sound sarcastic but there we go).
If you need any nutritional advice you can always contact me via email RE:
(Food for Nutrition) where you can get some advice from me, my brother or any number of people. Thanks
