Buying hemp seeds isnt illegal right? So where would i get the seeds?

many websites openly advertise cannabis sativa or cannabis indica or any cross therof. some sites will not ship to the us, but there are some that will. some request cash only, etc. they are easy to find though, although they mean a misdemeanor if you get caught.
